What to expect:
  • A Queer AF wedding that centres love, authenticity and joy! We want all our guests to feel welcome and have a relaxed and fun time.
  • A non-traditional wedding with a sprinkle of tradition mixed in to best reflect our relationship, love, values, identities, and life together.
  • A full vegan menu, including afternoon refreshments, dinner, and light supper.
  • Prosecco, wine, bottled beers and soft drinks will be served during cocktail hour and dinner.
  • A fully-stocked cash bar (accepting cards or cash) will be available until 1am. In addition, the hotel has a separate restaurant and bar where you can purchase other food and drinks until late.

A note about language:
  • We are using gender-neutral language around our wedding as much as possible. We are learning with you!
  • Keeping our terminology gender-neutral is a simple yet powerful way we can all create a more inclusive and affirming celebration for us and our guests. For example, you can say, “partner”, “spouse”, “couple”, “newlyweds”, etc., instead of other gendered terms.
  • If you’re unsure what term or word to use, feel free to ask. There are also many language guides online that can assist you.

To help keep everyone safe, we ask that you do not attend if you are showing symptoms of Covid 19, homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, or any other issue that could harm us or our guests.
